Terms & conditions of Purchasing, Shipping, Returns Polices

( are part of Sale & purchase Agreement)-item(s) Shall not be delivered to, or picked up by customers unless buyers/ customers make a statement that they have read and agreed the terms and conditions of all purchase and returns polices of GoldenEarth published on its website and printed on the receipts /invoices (if any).

International Orders - Please Note
Items being shipped outside the United States will be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country the product is being imported to. The customer (the person importing the product) is responsible to pay the import duties and taxes incurred by customs when the product reaches the country of destination. GoldenEarth is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred by the importation of products into countries other than the United States.

The customer is responsible to pay all duties, taxes, and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import department of their respective country. GoldenEarth is also required, by law, to declare full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation. We cannot declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid. Thank you for your understanding.

Order Status and Confirmation
An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped.  The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online (when tracking is available).  If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please email support@goldenearthus.com and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Shipping and Order Processing

Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays listed below). Orders generally ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. We do not guarantee your order will ship /be picked up the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select.  Products, especially the one of the kind of Art items that were picked up by customers shall be inspected by the customer(s) in details and to their 100% satisfactory for the returning policy shall be highly restricted on those items.  Any Art item is over 20lb shall be pick up by customers only. Requesting Exceptional Shipping and Order Processing on Weekends and holidays, please contact support@goldenearthus.com for special arrangement.

Purchase, Payments, Refunds & Returns
If you purchased a product directly from the GoldenEarth website or from one of GoldenEarth’s representatives, we offer a 15-day refund based on your original method of payment except if your purchases  are food products, which only offering within one day refund from the time your purchases. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. Our Support team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for replacement.  You shall be responsible for shipping cost or fees associate with your returning products.  The returning products shall not be damaged or altered in order to receive a refund.  Products that were purchased and  picked up from GoldenEarth  in person(s) must be delivered to GoldenEarth by the party (parties) who made the purchase in person(s) in order to obtain the refunds & Returns’ authorization.  Customers/ buyers/ displayers have 30 days to claim any products for matching a lower price than GoldenEarth original sales price for the exactly same products /items with valid approval from other sellers / suppliers.  For items in display program 101 intended to purchase within 9-month must make security deposit from of 28% (a minimum $8,000 for items of total sales price of $15,000 or more is required) to 55% of the total sales price of the item(s)  that are going to display in the displayer’s homes, offices or properties prior of or at the time receiving any display-item.  The security deposit must be made payable to GoldenEarth or its agents by the Program 101 purchaser(s) and buyer(s) in a minimum of 20 days advance and maximum of 90 days advance depends on the items.  Display-Items are not returned to GoldenEarth after 9-month of the display-program ( expiration of a display program 101), the displayer ( person who held the items for displaying in his or her properties, homes, stores, or offices) must make payment to GoldenEarth for the total balance owe within 30 days from the expiration date of display-program, otherwise, a 5% to 25% of interest rate will be added to any un-paid remaining balance for the first year, then 18% to 25% for the second year starting from the first day the displayer(s) receive the items and the displayer shall agree automatically forfeit the total security deposit made.  For items that are in display program 108 intended to purchase within 12-month (no deposit is required), must purchase at least one item within 3-month, must handout marketing or advertising materials to potential customers of GoldenEarth at its display-properties, and shall agree that GoldenEarth takes staged pictures / photos with the arts / items being displayed in his or her properties, home, offices, which photos / materials shall be the properties of GoldenEarth and GoldenEarth reserves all the rights to uses those pictures for advertising purpose on GoldenEarth’s website, or any other media / ways / avenues that can serve the purpose of marketing / selling of GoldenEarth products.  For items ( except one display-item as continued staged-item in displayers’ stores, offices, homes or properties) that are in display program 108 that are not returned to GoldenEarth  after the 12-month period of display ( expiration of a display program 108) or the displayer stopped to carry out the responsibilities for GoldenEarth but still hold the displayed-item in his or procession,  or the displayer stops handout marketing or adverting materials to potential customers of GoldenEarth, or the displayer, without GoldenEarth’s authorization, illegally  transfer / sale the displayed-item to others,  the displayer must agree to make payment for the total balance owe to GodenEarth within 60 days from the date of expiration of such a display program 108, otherwise,18% to 25% of interest rate shall be added to the total balance owe to GoldenEarth from the first day the displayers receive the items, including adding back the discounted items. The displayers only have the display rights.  All customers and displayers must read and agree the terms of use, purchasing, shipping & Returns polices at the time receive the products, otherwise, no items can be picked up or delivered to the customers or displayers.  Displayers and customers who received the products shall automatically agree and bind the terms of use and purchase, shipping & returns polices of GoldenEarth. All returns must be shipped or delivered (by the person who purchased the products) to GoldenEarth prepaid. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting Support via email at: support@goldenearthus.com.

Exceptions to these policies are permitted only with written authorization from GoldenEarth.
